Muscle Gain-Supplements - August 21st 2013, 11:14 PM

Basically I have been going to the gym for quite a few months now, and working hard, but I don't find it easy to put weight on, in terms of muscle.

I'm looking to buy some protein shake/supplements to help me with muscle growth (I'm naturally very slim), and was wondering if someone could recommend one. I've looked online but don't know which one to trust.

Re: Muscle Gain-Supplements - August 22nd 2013, 07:23 AM

There are a lot of different kinds, and unless you have allergies to a certain product, there's no "best' one for one person. I'm a bit sensitive to milk, so I like to get soy or pea protein products. Lately, I've used a lot of Arbonne products for protein, but these are a bit pricey. I know a lot of people in my life use muscle milk, they're not as expensive, and come in a variety of flavors. A lot of stores have generic as well, which there is absolutely nothing wrong with using, as long as the ingredients are the same. For gaining weight, I'd recommend consulting a doctor or dietitian who can recommend particular products, foods, along with caloric intakes. Here, we cannot post calorie numbers, and are not professionals in the subject, so we can't really give you advice in that subject.
