Meditate! - September 25th 2013, 10:57 PM

I encourage anyone here to learn about meditation it will solve a lot of problems. Thoughts cause a lot of stress and ill to the body. Get into a deep meditation and you'll be amazed at how you feel, you'll feel like a brand new person

I don't necessarily agree with your opinion about thoughts. But yes, meditation is one of the best disciplines a human can learn. Learning to be one with Earth will change your life. And if you don't believe much in spirituality, it will certainly help you control your thought patterns. During meditation you are in the process of designing what is presented in your thought; designing the here and now. Through time and further on, what's learned here you will start applying to your daily life.

I moved back while
my head was turned.

Upside down
closer to the end.

Afraid of the dark
within future times.

I'm drowning there,
my final chase.
