Exclamation Dizziness - July 4th 2015, 01:26 AM

For a couple of months now I've been having dizzy spells that can last anywhere from a few hours to every day in an entire week. It feels similar to when you stand up too fast and includes headache, nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, and sometimes black spots in my vision. I've visited a doctor for it once and had blood tests run (anemia, blood sugar, white count, etc.) and they came back normal, he says it might be a side effect of allergies but I've had severe allergies my entire life and only recently started having this issues so I'm almost certain that's not it. It's just become very frustrating for me because no one seems to be taking me seriously and nothing I've tried on my own seems to be helping so I don't really know what to do.

more information: I take Paxil daily but these episodes started months after I started taking it so no one seems to think that's causing it. I also drink 120-130 oz of water a day so its likely not dehydration

Are you getting enough sleep? I had dizzy spells if i wasn't sleeping right. I am also an allergy sufferer. On particularly bad days or if i am around cats, I can get dizzy spells if my nose is stuffy. I suggest you use nasacort for a bit, it might help. You might want to open your mind to the allergy thing. Just because the dizzy spells haven't happened before doesn't mean you can't get them from allergies now. Also, are you eating right? If you're anorexic or fasting for religious reasons or other, you may experience the dizziness from lack of nutrients.

tell your boyfriend if he says he's got beef that i'm a vegetarian and I aint ****ing scared of him
