How do i lose fat fast im pretty slim but still have belly fat

Lower belly fat is always the last to go, especially when you are already quite lean. If you want to lose that, this is what I would advise.

Eat and extremely clean, low-carb diet. Some foods that would include are broccoli, chicken breast, spinach, beans, nuts, lean ground beef, ground turkey, fish, and egg whites. You're going to want to keep your protein high, you fats moderate to low, and your carbs next to nothing. However, the first thing you need to do is calculate your TDEE. [Edited]

Once you have that figured out, you're going to want to put together a meal plan using those foods I listed above.

Now, how active are you? Because you are already lean, it's going to take more effort to get the rest of that fat to fall off. Meaning cardio, and some light weightlifting. I'd recommend starting with at least 20 minutes each day, and more if you can fit it into your schedule.

Hey there,

Losing weight can take time, so while many diets may seem appealing claiming that you less x amount of weight in x amount of time, they tend not to be so healthy.

In order to lose weight and be healthy, you need to balance eating and exercising. It's good to eat no more than your recommended calorie intake, and try to have a varied diet from all the food groups: carbohydrates, protein, milk/dairy, fruit/vegetables, fats/sugars. It's also good to make sure you are keeping yourself hydrated, and sleeping enough.

For exercise, your goal should be 150 minutes of exercise a week. It's good to combine 'moderate' exercise like walking and jogging, with exercises that focus on muscles too. You can check out examples of physical activities and guidelines, here. If you're not very active, it's good to start off small by doing 15-20 minutes of exercise a day for a week, then build up to 30 minutes etc.

And as always, it's good to consult a doctor or dietician if you plan to lose weight so that they can recommend how to do this safely and healthily.
