Sorry to hear you've had an outbreak of spots...they aren't fun at all!

Firstly, it's good to make sure that you're cleansing your skin by washing and occasionally exfoliating. This can get rid of dead skin cells and bacteria that can build up and cause spots. Try not to over wash though as this may cause your skin to dry out.

Whatever you do, don't squeeze or pop the spots! It's also probably good to avoid trying to cover them with make up too. If possible, you could go to a pharmacy/drugstore and ask if they have anything that can help with your spots.

There are some techniques to reduce redness such as wrapping ice cubes in a towel and using that as a compress, but I've never tried so don't know how helpful that is. Even though spots are annoying, they should go in their own time.

Don't use makeup. This tends to irritate you skin and can lead to more redness/spots.

I would suggest that you look into creams you can use by checking out google or, as suggested, talking to the pharmacist.

And, definitely don't pop or pick at the spots. This irritates them and might make them worse or increase any redness.

If the spots don't fade away or get worse you can always schedule an appointment with the doctor and see if they can prescribe you something.

Did you start using a new product on your face when you got the spots? That could be the problem.

I know that sometimes if I use something new I break out because I am allergic to it. It's a possibility!
