Thumbs down Losing weight - December 21st 2016, 01:37 AM

I am not happy with my weight, but I just don't have the motivation to get rid of it. Its hard for me to eat heathy as my family isn't the richest and unfortuantly heathy food is 10x more expensive. I a HUGE procrastinator. So how do i get motivated? Any advice for exercising?

Another thing is I have looked at different meal plans or gallon of water a day thing but I have school, so its hard to follow those.

Advice?

Hey,
So I'm going to assume you're a teenager. Realistically, then, you don't need a crazy diet or something (unless you're aiming for a marathon or triathlon or something).
The simplest way to get motivated, is to just go out. I am a massive procrastinator too, but I go for a run 5 times a week (unless I have an injury obviously). Running in my opinion is one of the best things for weight loss because you don't need a gym or equipment. Just shoes, shorts and a T shirt.
About water, you should be drinking a fair amount. Does your school have water fountains/a place to fill a water bottle. I'm in uni and I just carry a water bottle because running means I get thirsty heaps.
Diet I would say just avoid like binge eating. Often, we eat when we're stressed or bored. Try to avoid that and you should be good. That is NOT to say that if you're legitimately hungry you don't eat, but rather that you make sure you're hungry not bored.

I'm trying to lose weight too. But I'm just not getting the right motivation.
