Does anyone have any tips for loosing weight fast?

Hi Lavern,

What I recommend is that it's almost impossible to lose weight really fast without gaining it all back a month or so later. What I do recommend is changing your diet to eating healthier meals and exercising. I've been wanting to lose weight and that's how I have started doing it this month. You should definitely check in with a dietician or nutritionist for more suggestions.

There is no way to be healthy and lose weight fast. At least, not in my opinion. Also, as stated you can lose it fast but you would be likely to gain it all back a while later and sometimes you actually end up gaining more weight.

If you eat healthy foods and basically change your current diet you will be more likely to lose the weight and keep it off.

here's the thing, you can either lose weight fast or you can lose weight healthily. and i know right now, losing it as quickly as humanly possible may be the ideal, but trust me, further down the road you will wish you went with the healthy route.

i can't give you a very detailed answer as to what you should do, because there are a lot of factors that could go into creating a fitness and nutrition plan. (such as whether your parents buy healthy food for the household already, or specific goals on where you want to lose fat. (spot reducing isn't a thing, unfortunately, but there are ways you can still get the body you want.)
i've done tons of research on dieting and fitness for myself, so you can PM me if you want help maybe setting up a unique plan just for you.

as for in general, i would say obviously eat healthy. what i mean by "eat healthy" is basically try to avoid processed "fake" foods. no chips, no soda, little to no sugar. those three are the first foods i took out of my diet and just that alone will help you to see differences.
eat vegetables and fruits in replace of unhealthy snacks as often as you can.
if you're working out along with eating healthy, be sure to include lots of protein in your meals. if you don't already, eat breakfast every morning. i know it sucks, i personally hate breakfast. but eating in the morning boosts your metabolism and helps you to lose weight. in addition to that, starving yourself and not eating anything will do the opposite and actually make you gain. (you can look it up to see the reason why this works, because i know it seems odd, but the science backs it all up.)

an example of a quick protein-filled breakfast is eggs. i usually scramble 2-3 eggs, cut up some broccoli and ham, and it makes a great meal.

and of course, work out. if you want a flat stomach, save yourself the years i wasted doing just sit-ups and crunches, and do CARDIO instead.
my favorite type of cardio is called HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and you can find literally dozens of workout videos on Youtube.

again, i'm not sure at all where you are in terms of healthy and fit, so i don't want to recommend something that wouldn't be the best option for you. but those are my personal workout and nutrition views so perhaps they'll be of some help to you.

Regular exercise is very much needed. But, I really am too lazy to do that.
