Exclamation Knee feels loose and its uncomfortable - May 9th 2017, 01:49 PM

A couple weeks ago, my knee started feeling weird, it was like it was coming loose. I don't run very often and I use foot implants. Im not overweight to. So what is it? It feels very uncomfortable it feels really loose but the loosness is in my left knee. Also The loosness is still going on.

Re: Knee feels loose and its uncomfortable - May 9th 2017, 10:08 PM

Hi there,

I just want to remind you that we're not professionals, so I highly recommend going to see your doctor in regards to this.

From personal experience, I notice that my knee cap is loose when my leg is straight, which is because I have "fluid on the knee". This was caused by multiple blows to my knee as I was very active, mostly with sports, growing up. I also have arthritis in both my knees, so this is is another factor for me.

There's a number of things that could be causing your knee to feel loose. Definitely try doing some exercises on your knee to see if it helps, however, as I mentioned before, I highly recommend going to see your doctor. If the pain becomes really bad, then either try taking an Advil or Ibuprofen, and/or go to the closest emergency room. You could also try cold compress or heat, depending on which one makes your knee feel better.

I hope you feel better soon!
Brittany
