Mesenteric Adenitis (cont.'d) - October 4th 2017, 07:40 PM

The endoscopy I had showed gastritis, but they said that shouldn't cause the pain and swollen lymph nodes, so they did a stomach emptying test today and some blood work (and a stool sample ) The doctor will have the results today and I see her on the 18th of this month for a follow up, so if anything is seriously wrong I'll find out soon.

Wish me luck

Best of luck with this! I hope that they are able to find out what is going on with you. Try you're best to stay calm and if you can listen to music do that to help keep yourself calm. Lots of Hugs

Thinking of you Court <3
Usually, if there's something seriously wrong, they would get you in within a couple days so they could start treatment right away. Fingers crossed!

This is the word the Japanese have for when sunlight filters through the trees - the interplay between the light and the leaves.

They want to do a colonoscopy now. They're supposed to call and schedule. Apparently my blood tests results came back saying my inflammation was really high so they want to cover all bases and make sure it's not something gastrointestinal related.

Sorry to hear about your blood test results. But it's good that they want to continue to run tests and do a colonoscopy now. Hope they can find out what's going on!

My colonoscopy is scheduled the 30th, a day before my bday. Happy birthday to me, right?

Hi, I'm sorry what they said about the blood test. I hope they find out what is going on with you. Try you're best to not get upset or stressed out. If you can do something that you enjoy to help you relax try that to help. Drawing or writing are going for a walk or if it's watching a movie or show. I wish you the best. Lots of Hugs.

Hey,

I am guessing that your colonoscopy is coming up soon. I hope that you are doing well and will keep us updated on everything that is going on.

I will continue keeping you in my thoughts!

They took some biopsies for hidden inflammation and I have some kind of nodule in there but the nodule is not uncommon for young people. Other than that everything looked good.

Well, it's good that everything looked fine though it must be frustrating if a cause is still unknown. Hope you are okay

Everything they took came back negative so now they're doing a small bowel scan.

It's good that it all came back negative but I'm sure it's all frustrating because instead of getting answers you have to take more tests.

Hoping for the best while you deal with this and I hope you're able to figure out what is going on.
