Problems with weight - May 18th 2018, 04:37 PM

Right so basically, my legs are massive, and I'd quite like to lose some fat off of them, but the rest of my body is really skinny. I weighed myself the other day and was just over [edited] and my [edited] I want to get the fat off my legs but I don't want to make everything else worse. Any advice? Thanks.

Legs can generally seem 'bigger' than our bodies but then there are many muscles in this area too. And it's important to remember that overall, if you are a healthy weight, then there is no need to try to lose weight.

While you can't target weight loss in a specific area, you can try exercises to help tone your legs, such as this. However, it's always best to get in touch with your doctor before starting any exercise/weight loss regimes.

I would recommend to make wraps for feet using special creams.

Do cardio. Running, cycling, squats, lunges.

Hit the gym age do leg workouts. Leg, thigh, buttocks at are the most stubborn ones. You can only burn them by working out. Give yourself a 30-day challenge.
