Trembling breath? - October 23rd 2018, 10:47 PM

I don't know how long it's been going on (no more than a couple of months), but recently both I and my partner have noticed my breath trembles. It's really hard to describe. I inhale normally but when I exhale it comes out kind of shaky, if that makes sense. In the past few weeks my lips have also started trembling uncontrollably too from time to time. We have tried to Google this and found nothing. I see my doctor next week for a routine physical and plan to ask her about it then but before that I was wondering if anyone has any idea what this might be caused by. Any thoughts?

For a little show
In the hazy milk of twilight
No one had to know
The moon asked the crow...

Could be a perforation of the esophagus. I know that I have a weak esophagus due to my gastric disorder, after years of spontaneously (not deliberately) vomiting it has worn down my esophagus and GI tract. I know this seems ridiculous, but when I exhale, sometimes spit and involuntary retching occurs.

I'm basing this on your other recent threads as well.

But do not take what I said to be fact or a diagnosis. I am basing this on what I have read in your previous threads (about throwing up and aches) and basing it on my experience.

The absolute best thing for you to do right now is to stop trying to Google a diagnosis. Instead, take the time to write down all your symptoms. Get your significant other to do the same to corroborate for you. The more in-depth you get, the better chances you will receive the proper treatment.
