Exercising - November 14th 2020, 03:53 PM

I really want to start exercising after every time I eat so that would be five times a day because I eat three meals and two snacks, but if I eat more I’ll exercise more.

My plan is to do
25 jumping Jacks
25 girl push-ups( I can’t do the reg ones)
25 crunches
25 sit ups
25 tuck dives(idk what they are called but I used to do them before diving)

But here is the thing sometime exercising leads to over exercising, and then restricting calories. I really need to lose weight and I still have weight watchers but with the pandemic it’s hard and with my mental health issues it will turn into hardly eating.

Can I get an opinion on if this exercise seems like too much or if there is anything else I can add?

Personally, I would definitely consider trying your routine once, and adjust based on how you feel.

I wouldn't do it every time I eat. That seems a little excessive. I think excersiing every time you eat would just set yourself up to develop an eating disorder. So be careful about that. You do not need to excercise after every time you eat. I would do like a long 25 min walk /jog every morning with your dog and in the afternoon do some excersisces every day. Your ultimate goal is to just be healthy . I would focus on your doing this to be healthy . When you focus on it's to loose weight then that's when it can get in to an eating disorder which you do not want. Obviously you want to loose weight but the bigger picture is you really just want to be healthier. There is no rush for you to loose a certain amount of weight at a certain time therefore focus on just geting healthy.

I think if you take a walk/jog every morning and excercise in the afternoon you will slowly see some weight loss. Also eating healthier will help as well. I personally do not like diets. Doing it natural is better. That means eating healthier meals, Watching your sugar and soda intake, Not over eating and exercising.

If this is something that has been playing on your mind, maybe talking to your doctor or a personal trainer might help so they can advise you on what you can do to have a healthy lifestyle.

I think I am going to try what I put. I cannot run my feet are messed up from toe walking and I can’t really walk because there is something wrong with my heal.

I also already have an eating disorder yes it’s in recovery but I still have it. And I want to do it after at least every meal it would take me probably 30mins to an hour with my really bad breathing issue right now. I also am healthy as it is just over weight so that won’t work since I know I’m healthy.

I think I am going to start this Monday and see how it goes and if it’s to much I’ll either take some things off or do less of each.

I am probably going to go back on weight watchers in January. My Dr. actually likes the program and thinks it a great thing for me, and when I was on it I did lose a lot, but gained it back and then some because of some family stuff.

But thank you guys for taking the time to read this and help.
