Hiya

Could it be dehydration? Or not enough minerals?

If you think you should go to the doctor, I would. If its your health concerned, then better be safe than sorry.

Have you got anyother symptoms like heacaches or fatigue?
Like said, if it's really worrying you, best go see a doctor to put your mind at ease.
And make sure you're getting all your vitamins, make sure your getting enough iron ect.

sounds like dehydration.. drink lots of water and if you're not feeling any better its time for a quick trip to the docs.. maybe you need a blood test to check all is in working order. my thoughts are that you'll be fine and this is nothing though. :]

Re: Help! - December 30th 2009, 08:38 PM

It could be dehydration or vitamin deficiencies - in particular iron, folate, b12 etc... anything that could lead to anemia. I have anemia and i experience dizzy spells, headaches, weakness, on rare occassions i will black out, nausea etc. It's nothing to get too concerned about as it is easily treated especially if you've caught it in it's early stages but do see a doctor ASAP. It's not nice dealing with these symptoms especially if they can be easily treated.

Take care!
