Blurry Vision? - January 1st 2010, 05:26 AM

So, I've always had trouble with my eyes, and I have to wear glasses. It could be my imagination, but it seems like my vision has been getting a lot worse. Not only that, but it gets extremely blurry at times, to the point that I can barely see. After I blink a couple of times the blurriness will go away, but it continues to occur again. For some stupid insurance reason I can only see the eye doctor once a year, so the next time I can see one is in late January. I'm just wondering, has anyone with eye problems experienced this in the past, or have any ideas why this could be? It's really getting on my nerves.

Thanks!

It could be that your eyes are getting dry, explaining why blinking helps.
Also, it's normal for your eyes to change over time, and there's not really anything you can do about that, despite what people might say.

sounds like you might need a change of prescription - can you not try and bring your appointment forward a little?. in the mean time you could try some over the counter eye drops - go to a chemist and see what the pharmacist recommends?
