MY SLEEP SCHEDUAL IS CRAZY NOW! - January 6th 2010, 01:29 AM

Okay, so it was just break, so I've sleeping late, and waking up late durring it, and for the first night before going to school after break, I slept for like less then 3 hours of sleep... like I went to bed early, but woke up way too much durring the night, and slept in like half our intervals. Then, yesterday, I had like 4 hours, because I fell asleep at like 12 and woke up at like 4am... so yeah. I hate this...it happens to me after every break... anybody else?! lolz

Yea it's happening to me too!!
I hadn't been going to bed till gone 12pm, and then sleeping in till like 10-11am the next day. Now that I'm back into routine again, I'm finding it hard to sleep at night and get up in the mornings.

I've found that patience does the trick though! Also coming off electronics like computers and phones before sleeping helps - as they have some sort of 'radiation' that keeps your brain working. I've also found that reading helps too, as it relaxes the mind =]

Don't eat before sleeping either - especially not chocolate or caffeine! lol

I'm still alive.
Must have been a miracle
It's been one hell of a ride
Destination still unkown
It's a fact of life: If you make one wrong move with a gun to your head
You better walk the line or you'll be left for dead.

I'm a runaway train on a broken track
I'm the ticker on the bomb that you can't turn back
Thats right.
I got away with it all and I'm still alive.
Let the end of the world come tumbling down.
I'll be the last man standing on the ground
As long as hot blood runs through my veins
I'm still alive.

My sleeping schedule has been messed up too!

I'm only able to go to bed at 4-5am now. And I sleep through the day until 11am-12pm. I also find myself falling asleep throughout the day :/

What I've been doing to rectify that however, is some reading. I don't know why (or how) reading manages to lull me to sleep. Reading in bed works best

Try reading a half-hour before you'd like to 'fall asleep' and see if it works. Also keep away from any sugary snacks before bedtime. I have to keep that in mind too..

Good luck!

I've been seeing you in my dreams lately

Out of reach.

Yes that is normal!! It usualy happens when you are not at school or something. You just need to get yourself back into routine. Try going to bed at like 10ish, and reading before you go to bed helps! Then if you wake up, just stay in bed lying there you may fall back to sleep. Also mke sure you get up early like 6ish, and keep going like this doing the exact same every day. Soon your body will get used to it again.
