Eating less will make you feel more tired and sluggish, but it won't necessarily help you sleep. There's a few remedies to help you sleep a little easier, but if it's a continuing problem, maybe you could see a doctor.
You can try: ~ excercising during the day ~ it'll tire you out. ~ taking a hot bath before you go to bed. The drop in temperature when you get out makes your body think it's time for sleeps. ~ putting lavender on your pillow. ~ drinking milk or eating cheese before bedtime. Best of luck dearie. xox Don't take life too seriously; no one gets out alive anyway. Reach for the stars so if you fall you land on a cloud ~ Kanye West Mistakes are minimized by experience and experience is maximised by mistakes. |
