Swollen eyes.

Well, every night, I always find myself staying up and thinking.. & It always makes me cry. To the point where I can't stop. When I wake up in the morning then, my eyes look swollen/puffy, as if I HAVE been crying the night before(indeed I have been.) I find it really embarrassing. I look ugly, and people ask me if I'm okay. I don't want people to know that I was crying. Do you know if there is any way that I can get rid of the swollen eyes, or if there IS a way to stop the swelling?

I remember having this issue.. it wasn't because of this and we weren't sure.. I would go to the doctor and have them check it out. I believe I was offered a shot in the arm or one of the swollen eyes. *note this was like when my parents went camping every summer*

Are your eyes like closed? you cannot see anything?

I can see, it's just that my eyelids look puffy.

Try a cold spoon on closed eyelids, the morning after.

Stop crying so much. Try dabbing them with a wet cloth, or use some eyedrops to get rid of puffy eye. That's about all I can suggest.
