Any ideas? - February 18th 2010, 08:37 PM

Okay so, my entire family is sick with this flue bug that's going around.

A cold I can handle. I don't want the flu!!

So, anyone got an ideas on how I can avoid this stupid bug? Or am I doomed?? I'm up for crazy ideas too!

Make sure you wash your hands alot. Don't drink or eat after anyone else in the family, especially those who may have the flu. Try to keep your Vitamin C up, which can also help your immune system, by drinking orange juice or such other citrus fruits. You can also get supplements to help boost your immune system, if you prefer to go that way.
