You probably should've thought about this when you were more than 2 weeks out from yourr audition.

Well considering it's unhealthy to lose anymore than a pound or two a week, no. Not much you can do here.

It's not really a good idea to try an lose a lot of weight in two weeks. If you want to get yourself on a diet, you need to give yourself more than two weeks. Otherwise you'll have unhealthy goals and you'll stress yourself out.

There's not really much you can do in two weeks, you should have thought about this before. But you could try and get yourlself on a suitable healthy diet now anyway, to continue even after your two week time limit. You're obviously unhappy with your weight at the moment, so doing that would be a good idea.

Good luck.

You won't be able to healthily lose any noticeable amount of weight.

As said already, it's not healthy to lose a large amount of weight in two weeks. That said, since it is unhealthy, we cannot provide you with ways to lose weight unhealthily. There's no such thing as a miracle diet that will make you lose a huge amount of weight, either. If you want to lose weight, the way to do it is by maintaining a healthy diet. If you use crash dieting as a way to lose weight, then you will just gain the weight back when you eat the way you did before you started the diet. I suggest not worrying about the weight because you won't be able to lose it within two weeks, so do not give yourself that extra stressor before an audition.

I hope you do well on your dance audition! Good luck.

What's wrong with wii fit?
But anyways, the only thing I can suggest that would be healthy in any way is to stop drinking soda. It probably won't work for you, but it worked a little for me. And it's not something your body needs anyways. So, water and maybe juice?
Other than that, you're pretty much out of luck.
But I'm sure you'll be fine at your audition. And if they base on weight, then you probably shouldn't get too involved..sometimes those things cause eating issues.

"'Colie, you should never be surprised when people treat you with respect. You should expect it.'
I shook my head. 'You don't know--' I began. But, as usual, she didn't let me finish.
'Yes,' she said simply, 'I do know. I've watched you, Colie. You walk around like a dog waiting to be kicked. And when someone does, you pout and cry like you didn't deserve it.'
'No one deserves to be kicked,' I said.
'I disagree,' she said flatly. 'You do if you don't think you're worth any better...'"

There's only one reason you'll lose weight on the 'Special K diet'. It's because if you're eating a low calorie cereal twice a day with low fat milk, you're not getting enough of your daily calories. Then when you go back to eating normally, even if your normal is fairly healthy, you'll just gain the weight back because you're getting more calories than you were when you were eating special k. I'd avoid this diet at all costs. Just eat healthily and don't do any drastic 'diets'.

Even in that sense it's silly, because grains are by no means "low calorie", and you'll be starving yourself trying to keep up a calorie deficit on them. Grains = absolute fail for weight loss. And they're not much better even if you don't desire weightloss.

I have been in your shoes before! Trust me, I know how it feels. You think all the other kids will have that 'edge' on you. For you, it's weight. I promise, that is not the case. The directors casting you want talent, they don't care what you look like. Seriously, they don't. They want someone that specifically fits what they have in their head. If you fit, you got the part. If you don't get the part it doesn't mean you aren't good enough. It just means you weren't the exact thing in the director's head. And you don't have control over that! Best of luck!
