So, I've been smoking cigarettes since I was a maybe about 15 or 16, I'm now 18. I've smoked one brand all my life (Marlboro Red Label). My friend smokes a different brand (American Spirit Blues), and I've found occasionally when I smoke a full cigarette of his, I get really light headed and confused. Then my hands get that odd tingly and sometimes my feet too.
Clearly I try to stay away from them. But is this something normal, or should I be worried and see a doctor about it? I googled it but got no real clear answer.

Hm, the thing is I know a nicotine rush and I can't say I've ever had it made me feel exactly like this. Could the brand give you a different kind of rush? I smoke like, a pack a day so it's been quite a while since I've experienced that though lol

I used to have this problem too, now I don't smoke anymore, so I haven't had this issue in a while, but I think it might just be a nicotine rush, and just your body trying to get used to it. My advise.. Stop smoking :P
Feel better hun <3

American Spirit Cigarettes are straight tobacco cigarettes. They don't have anything else added to them like other types. So you may just be getting the rush of having the natural tobacco. My husband does the same thing when he smokes them.

I agree with the above. I used to get that high until I became a smoker. Even when I try stronger cigarettes, sometimes they give me the nicotine high. I suspect that's what this is too.

As other people have said, it's most likely a nicotine rush! If it's only that specific brand that makes you feel this way, i'd advise you to stay clear of that cigarette brand as much as you can.

This was not even remotely an answer to the OP's question.
