Actually Few days ago i figured out that when i go for my training or when ever i ever drink coffee A sever itching starts in my whole body!
in other words when ever my metabolism increases even if i am frightened the itching starts! when ever i feel that the weather is hot the condition starts!
i am confused what is it? i can't even do a push up!!so need help!!

When you work out do you sweat? If not, your pores are probably blocked, which causes the itching.

We're not doctors we can't diagnose or tell you how to fix any of your issues. If you're having problems like this, I would definitely advise seeing a doctor. Let them so their tests and they should be able to tell you what's wrong and what you can do to fix it.
