Question Help please! - December 7th 2010, 01:20 AM

Okay I decided to run on the treadmill a little and not evn 10 mins in I start getting very bad cramps. It wasn't side cramps or anything I've experienced in the past but felt exactly like menstrual cramps. I stopped running imediatly and started feeln like I was going to pass out. Evn many mins after the cramps persisted. Kinda worried since I don't no what this is. Can someone please help or no what this is?

I would suggest going to your doctor or google what happend... Maybe it was just diffrent because you were running inside insted of outside...
Hope you feel better though!

Allow yourself to develop in all aspects of life- cut out from toxic people and realize it's for the best. Love yourself endlessly, and even if you don't love yourself right now, fake it until you do.

There's always a chance it gonna be different for girls, but I'll say whatever I've got to say.

If you're gona go to the gym, and run for 10 minutes or more... you gotta eat right, and try not to drink water immediately before running. That can cause cramps. You need some kinda carbohydrates to keep your energy up, or you will literally pass out like a flat battery.

When I increased the speed of my running, I had a kinda similar effect, not as extreme. It was right at the bottom of my ribcage, and wasn't a usual stitch or cramp. I stopped running then, but came back every day, and eventually it just went away, till I turned the speed up some more again.

It could just be a muscle spasm. When I sometimes push myself and try lifting something very heavy with my arms, my whole body tenses and I've even gotten cramps in my neck or feet in the past which seemed at the time completely unrelated.

It's not a bad idea to maybe see a doctor about it, or perhaps ask a gym attendant or something. Usually you have some kind of trainer hanging around those places that know a lot about cramps and stuff like it.

"I don't care about politics"
Then politics doesn't care about you either. Truth. You've got to make your voice heard, if you want to be listened to. But that's too logical for some people, so let me go a step further. Not making your voice heard, leaves other people free to hijack it by speaking on your behalf, even if they don't actually give a shit about you. That's politics. So, make your voice heard. That's not a quote from anywhere. That's just me.
