Have you tried soaking them in a foot bath?

If your feet are hurting badly enough that you need to take painkillers, you may want to consult your doctor.

Until then, soaking them in warm water/keeping them elevated and wrapped with an bandage may help the swelling and pain.

Ice is good for reducing swelling
