I just got diagosed with peridontal disease? -

And i been crying all day.iim currently on treatment and i have to go back to my dentist in three months.They were about six teeth that have a 4 to 5 pocket depht.i feel so bad!

Just remember that you can stop this in it's tracks, just take good care of your teeth, brush everyday at least twice a day and floss between every meal, if you are not already in this routine it can be difficult but a habit takes about 2 weeks to a month to become a natural habit, just keep pushing to do it everyday and eventually it'll just be a habit that you naturally do everyday.
