it started out a few days ago.
I have never suffered from an eating disorder, but I just don't want to eat anything anymore. I never feel hungry, and if I am a bit hungry I don't eat anything because then I feel sick. When I see people eating at school I feel sick and when I see someone eating I feel sick. I do eat something [EDIT] I've always been a girl who lived to eat and now I just eat something because I have to survive. What's going on? When I'm down, I can't help but cry scarlet tears. Some people believe in God, I believe in Music. Some people pray, I turn up the radio. I never thought a girl could change my life this much, but you did and now I can't let you go. You'll always be the best part of me. I will miss you, T. ![]() |

Hey there,
A lot of different things can cause a loss of appetite such as stress, depression etc. but since it's only been a few days I'd say try not to worry for now as your appetite will probably come back soon. I'd say try to think of what the cause could be. Are you under any stress lately? Have you changed anything in your diet which could have caused you to be put off by food? Or it could even just be something as simple as change of seasons and the weather has just reduced your appetite for now. If it goes on for longer than a week then I'd suggest to start looking at ways to treat it and maybe think about dropping into your doctors to have a chat with them but for now, don't stress since that's likely to make things worse. I hope this helped, take care

thank you. But the real problem is not that I'm not hungry. I don't want to eat anything and when I see people eating it makes me sick.
There has been days when I didn't feel hungry but that's quite normal because after a few days I start to feel normal again, but now I don't want to eat anything. That's what (kinda) scares me. When I'm down, I can't help but cry scarlet tears. Some people believe in God, I believe in Music. Some people pray, I turn up the radio. I never thought a girl could change my life this much, but you did and now I can't let you go. You'll always be the best part of me. I will miss you, T. ![]() |
