Female Advice Preferred: My Nipples Hurt!

My nipples have Beemer hurting really bad for about a week. I am not on or near my period. It is not possible for me to be pregnant. I also drink the same amount of caffeine as before. Keep that in mind.

My nipples hurt really bad, and my breast are really sore. I'm getting white-ish bumps on the tip of my nipple.

Nothing helps the pain!

Anyone know what this could be?

For the record cup size is allowed but not band size

Have you had any sexual encounters recently that involved your nipples being touched/licked etc.? Since I know sometimes mine hurt after that sort of thing so that's the first thing that jumps to my mind.

Also, if you say you're growing out of your DD then perhaps they're hurting because your breasts are growing.

Even though you say you're not near to your period right now it could just be because of your cycles. I read somewhere that sometimes nipples can become sore during ovulation which happens about 2 weeks before your period.

I hope this helps, try not to worry but if it becomes worse or lasts for a long time then it can't hurt to talk to your doctor about it or even your sexual health clinic might be able to give you some advice about it. Take care

Depending on how old you are, it could be normal breast growth. If pregnancy isn't a possibility, then most likely it's just hormones or irritation. Anything can affect your hormones, so even if you usually don't have sore nipples or painful breasts during your menstrual cycle, something may have affected your hormones this month. Or, if you've worn a shirt without a bra or if your nipples are rubbing in your bra for some reason (if your bra is ill-fit or if you've worn a wet shirt/bra) that could cause irritation. A week is normal so don't get yourself worried over nothing or your worry will make the pain even worse, but if it continues once you start your period, you should probably call up your doctor just to check things out.

I have done anything with anyone lately. I guess it could be hormones, I didn't think about that. They hurt more when I'm not in a ba.

It could be normal. Boobs continue to grow and change throughout our lives, and they just may be growing pains. If the pain persists for longer than a week, I'd definitely go to a doctor and get them checked out.
