vision therapy?? -

so i went to the eye doctor today and they reffered me to a vision therapist... to teach me how to control the muscles around my eues and focus. anyways i was just wondering if anyones been to this before and just curious about it

It depends on which therapy they have you do, as there are a few different ones. Sometimes they work on your balance and other times they work on reading or watching stuff to see how your eyes move, then try to correct it.
I won't say it's easy, because it's not. It can be frustrating at times, but overall I've been told it's awkward because they have you do some weird stuff. I definitely would suggest going.  Hopefully it helps!

okay... i don have a choice in going (my mom is making me hah) but it does seem worh it. i'm just nervous cause i dont know what to expect

Unfortunately I can't find much information on what happens as it depends greatly on what they will be focusing on. But, I think it will be fine. Just eye exercises and sometimes seeing how well your hand-eye coordination is.
