Laser Hair Removal -
January 8th 2012, 09:08 PM
I start treatment wednesday, so I was just curious if anyone else on here has had experience with laser hair removal. If so, what are your thoughts about it? Any tips to make it less painful? I will be going an hour early to get the extra strength numbing cream.. I suppose I'm just a little nervous!

My friend brought aloe vera gel. Put it in the fridge too so it becomes extra cold
All the best with the treatments! <3

It might scab after treatments but don't pick at them and just leave them alone to heal. Wash gently with soap and water. So you have gray hair and you're only 26

Not to be gross, but after my appointment, I've had like muscle pains under my right arm (armpit), where I was lasered, and my right side of my bikini line has some muscles pains as well at times. Is this normal after treatment?

I can't find anything specifically stating that it's possible but I would assume it is normal. You may have tensed up your body at times and the treatment might have caused your muscles to tighten, relax, or spasm. I would say give it a couple days and if it gets worse or doesn't get better, then maybe call the place and ask them.
So you have gray hair and you're only 26
