Boob Pains. -

Okay, recently I've been having boob pains.
:P I bind (as in, pull my boobs in) a bit, but not a whole lot recently... And even before I didn't really do it that hard (I avoided long times with the double sports bra method, and I haven't recently) But a while ago I woke up and my boob and back hurt, mostly the boob, the only time it went away was when I was sitting, and it eventually left. I told my mom that it hurt, and she said something about how it might have been how I've been sleeping (I sleep on my side/tummy...) but I doubted it because my right site isn't on the bed as much as my left, and my left doesn't hurt as much as my right does. About thirty minutes ago I was talking to my friends and doing a motion (around my boobs) Talking about how a jacket I bought doesn't fit because of my breasts (it's a men's jacket) and then I did something to jostle my right boob, and it really, really hurt. It's still a little painful now, but not as much. I don't know what to really do. It's fading now but it was really painful when it happened. -Does anyone have any ideas? I think I might check out my breasts later for lumps, because that's a possibility with a sensitive boob, right? In a world filled with diversity, I am just another oddity.

Heya!
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing sensitive breasts. It can be very worrying when it happens. Painful breasts usually happen around menstruation (periods). Are you due on your period/just come off? Also, larger breasts can be painful due to the lack of support that the bra you have is giving you. This would also explain the back pains you're getting. Have you been measured recently for a new bra? Maybe you could try this. If you want peace of mind (sometimes it helps) go and get it checked by a doctor. They can diagnose you properly and give you some advice as what to do.  I hope the pain eases soon! xx |

^^ Thanks. I did a check, nothing but sorness ^^' I'm going to be measured for a new bra (and more) when I'm visiting a friend. Thanks... actually, I haven't started or came off my period recently, so... ^^
