Eat a nutritious diet and avoid snacking. If you do feel the urge, choose something healthy like fruit over junk food like chips. Try to eat relatively small portions, rather than one giant portion of food. Also, work in some exercise. Find a workout routine that works best for you and stick to that.

Hi there

I'd suggest talking to a nutritionist and working out a well-balanced plan that works for you. I'd always encourage you to eat lean proteins, whole wheats, fruits, and lots of vegetables! Cut out the sweets, and if you're gonna cave, go for some low-cal popcorn.

Also, try adding some exercise into your lifestyle if you haven't already!

Best,
Amy

P.S. I'm going to move this thread to General Health, as I think it fits better there.

The best thing you can do is to get a routine going. Routine in exercise is key to continue a healthy workout that works. Depending on where you want to lose weight/gain muscle, but a bicycle (machine or actual bicycle) are wonderful for abs, legs, stomach, muscles, and losing weight. It's also decent for your arms, though I do suggest doing some weight lifting just to keep them toned.

Sit ups are great for tightening up your stomach, and running/jogging is good to help lose weight. Talking to your doctor or a nutritionist is helpful.

Hope this helps

So you have gray hair and you're only 26

that's just another reason I love you...
