Itchy lumps D: - March 24th 2012, 11:18 PM

I get really itchy lumps in warm weather It was something really strange like, 20C today (which is odd considering this is Wales) and I have lumps again -____- yay. I have one on my ankle, one on my knee and one on my neck.

I've never worried about them as they go away in 2-3 days. They're just REALLY itchy what could help?

I also get them when I drink orange juice

Have you tried any itch ointments? I've always loved Calamine lotion or hydro-cortisone ointment. Both of those work well for me.

Putting cold compresses on them might help too since it seems to be heat related, though I have no idea why OJ would give them to you

Hopefully you find something that works!

It sounds like you're getting whats known as 'prickly heat' or 'heat rash' you could try taking a anti-histamine or try using some bite and sting and rash relief cream.

It's could be Excema or a slight heat rash, try aquaphor or an Oatmeal bath.

You can also try lotionining it. I get really itchy bumps due to eczema and have to lotion a lot to make them go away.
