Cloves? - June 3rd 2009, 12:34 AM

Are they addicting? And are they worse/better than regular cigarettes? I had a few at a party the other night and I was just wondering about the side effects. (I know, I probably should have wondered about this BEFORE I tried them). But if anyone knows about this, could you let me know please? Thanks.

Well of course they're addictive, it's the nicotine that gets you hooked.
I've only heard that they can be a bit more harsh than regular cigarettes, they produce 2x more tar/nicotine/carbon monoxide. They're still yummy though. That's why I keep em to special occassions..
Side effects aren't short term though, with smoking tobacco they pop up years later...but I HAVE heard from friends that they can make you more nauseous then normal cigs, or give a more intense 'headrush'.

Help my little eggiweggs! =D Prease?

There is no such thing as a safe cigarette. If it's a cigarette of course it's addicting.

No side effects that I know of, being a regular clove smoker myself. I have heard nightmare stories of people that smoke a pack of clove cigs a day. If you do you'll be coughing up blood in the hospital in a month, I guarantee it. As with all forms of tobacco if you choose to partake, limit yourself, but especially with cloves.
Occasional use though, no, I haven't noticed any side effects.

What doesn't kill us makes us weaker, until it eventually overpowers us to our eventual deaths. Life is about struggling as long as we can until our body mind and soul cannot take it anymore, and then we die.
