My boyfriend was addicted to Cocaine before we started dating. He cleaned himself up New Years a couple years ago. I was addicted to pills, also anything I could get my hands on. It's normal to still have urges. I still have them, and so does he. These dreams you have are just like those urges. It's completely normal to have these. You just have to control yourself and not relapse and go back into those drugs!
And, congratulations on being 46 days clean! That's amazing progress and I couldn't be happier for you!
If you feel like the dreams are going to start taking over that progress you've made, you just need to go ahead and talk to someone at your rehab facility. They're always more than willing to help you!

I may wear the glass slippers; But my hero wears combat boots <3 I love you, Lieutenant

Congratulations on getting clean!

To answer your question, and to affirm the words of the previous poster: you will still have dreams for a while. They should become less frequent or impactful as time goes on. This is normal.

Keep working the program! It's simple, and it works for one simple reason: all you gotta do is do what the book says! I'm proud of your clean time, and it reminds me just how important mine is.

Using dreams are a thing that's very common for me. Share about them at a meeting, there are plenty of people there who know what you're going through. Like others have said, if you're afraid of them hindering your recovery, discuss them with someone ASAP. It's not bad to have these kind of dreams, in fact it's perfectly normal. However, if they make you want to use, then there's a problem.
