We just got new drug test and i want to smoke weed but now i can't I felt like shit all day. I don't know why. I just feel like killing someone or my fucking self.

If you're used to smoking weed, then not smoking it is obviously going to have an effect on you.

Due to the fact that weed makes you feel "high", it's understandable that you are feeling low without it.

But as your mind and body adjusts to life without weed, these feelings will start to subside. You just have to give yourself some time.

Giving up weed is hard, as is giving up most things. I found that when I had to give up, reminding myself that I wasn't physically* addicted to it did help. Therefore, I told myself, "It's all in your head" and it worked. Obviously one needs some willpower too.

*(There is still a debate on whether it is possible to get physically addicted to weed, but I maintain that it is the tobacco which you become physically addicted to and the weed is a mental thing.)
