My friend hates my other friend -

So I have this best friend- Who I shall call 'A' (lol) and two other close friends. Me and 'A' hang out alot, and stuff, but she's sort of a 'self proclaimed' best friend, I mean we're close friends, but not 'best' and my two other friends hate her becuase she's annoying and yeah. They told me so, but what am I meant to do? I can't just ditch 'A' but my two other friend's friends will probably start hating ME as well and they're really awesome too and stuff, so I don't want to ditch either of them.... suggestions?

I was in a situation like this last year.
 I suggest you to talk to the 2 friends and explain that you are really close with A. If they're true friends, then they WOULD understand.  But yeah keep in mind that you don't ignore any of the 3 friends. I know it can be hard to manage but give it a try. All the best! xx

I've been there and done that
 I had two best friend's in year 7 (6th grade) who HATED one another. Just tell them that it's your life and you can be friends with who you want. Like Mandy just said, if they were your real friends they'd understand. It's not like ALL of you HAVE to hang out together. "I must be fine 'cause my heart's still beating" ♥ |

Lol, I'm usually in those situations. Weirdly enough, my friend's initial is also A.
Like everyone above me said, talk to your other friends. Say you'll make time for all of them, and that they're all your friends and you don't want to give up any of your friends. I've said it once, I've said it twice, I've said it a thousand fucking times That I'm OK, that I'm fine, that it's all just in my mind But this has got the best of me, and I can't seem to sleep It's not 'cause you're not with me, it's cause you never leave |

You have to hang out with them equally. Show them you care for 'A' just as much as you do for them. They shouldn't hate you for having other firends. Just don't leave others all alone all the time. It hurts. Then people will get made. Just saying this by personal experienece. Not everybody is going to get along, but your others friends should just bag on 'A' all the time and stuff. Not saying they do that, but just treat them equally. If they say something mean about your other friend. Then you should stick up for your friend.
