Hey

I have quite a few friends, and they all love bmx's. They all own one but one person (Who has a long board). Now don't get me wrong, i like them but i cant help but feel left out because while they're out biking, I'm walking along the pavement. You see, I'm more of a skateboarder but my family cant afford a board for me so i have nothing. I'm not sure what to do about this and isn't too serious but its just putting me down. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Hey there,

I think that you should talk to your friends about this and see if you can come up with some kind of solution to this problem. I think that being open and honest with them could help. If they knew how you were feeling they might be able to help you feel less left out. Is there any way that you could work on saving up money to get a board of your own? Maybe take on some small jobs this summer save up if you get christmas money?

I really hope this helped and I am wishing you the best of luck.
