My friend that i just met in my art class is always staring at my boobs, it makes me uncomfortable...

I think you should probably tell your friend that it's making you uncomfortable. Maybe they are doing it without even realizing it, but they can never find out that it's bothering you unless you tell them.

Hi there,

You are really going to need to speak to this friend about this in order to get them to stop. Let them know that it makes you uncomfortable and you would like them to show some respect towards you. Maybe say something like 'Hey! My face is up here you know' and see how they react. They are either consciously doing it or unconsciously doing it, but either way it has to stop.

If this person continues to stare at you this way after you talk to them about it, then I think this is something you are going to have to bring up with the teacher. Maybe you can switch places in class.
