How to Help a Friend - November 18th 2010, 11:19 PM

So I have this problem. I get really really depressed sometimes and I need friends to help me out of my rut, even though I know it doesn't work, I kind of pressure them in to helping me. But then when my friends need help... I can't help them without getting really depressed as well. Like currently I have this friend I'm in love with, and she's saying people always laugh at her and whatever, and she's getting really upset. And it's getting ME really upset, because I don't know how to help her. So I really just don't know what to do... how can I help her? ((

Hey there

Well talk to her about it. Ask her why people laugh at her. Reassure her. Be there for her. And ya know, just LISTENING to someone can help them a whole lot.
