I'm sorry tyou dont have a family *husg&

All families are different. But I can say the things mine are typical of being.

My parents: worry over nothing, hate it when im sad, try to make me feel better with silly jokes.
Uncles and aunts: i dont see mine a lot, but they give you hugs and chitchat
Cousins: the peopel you play with whilst the grown ups are talkign

leave me alone i'm not an angel

and i know i'm losing my mind for no real gain

All are different. I for example have both parents and a sister still at home, but an uncle of mine had his family leave him ( wife and sons) My aunt married a man who had been married before and she is a stepmother; despite having no children of her own.

This is actually a difficult question for me to answer, because for me, my experience may be different then the next person.
You are in and out of foster homes (as I've read from threads of yours), so I think that for me is, I've had the same people around for all 19 years of my life.

My mom is neurotic, grumpy, fake, smart, always gone.
My brother is 13, so he plays video games and hangs out with friends, and gets bad grades.
My dad died when I was 11, so there goes that.
My grandma is who I'm closest too. she can be controlling and negative, but she gets me, and does a lot for people.
I have an uncle that is a recovering alcoholic, but is still on drugs.
I have another uncle who is handicapped, but I love to death.

The list really goes on and on.

With that, I don't think there is one answer for that.
Family is what you make of it.
Family also doesn't have to be the one you were born into.

Family is something different for everybody.

For me, family is a group of five girls, me, my mum and my three sisters, with my dad on the edge, the only guy. But then extend that and there are the cousins, my grandparents, and my dad's mum.

Family is what you make it, though. My boyfriend's family also feels like my family, despite not being related to me in any way, not even through marriage.
