Angry So Flakey - August 23rd 2011, 03:13 PM

I'm 14 and I've always had issues with my parents. When I was little my mom made me cry intentionally, then laughed at me. She also hits me. My dad defends her and yells at me if I'm not perfect, or if I can't handle the 854351 things he gives me to do in a certain amount of time.

Both of them knew I needed to finish my school shopping, and my mom knew for weeks I needed my hair done and I was gunna do it today.

All of a sudden, Dad said "I didn't know you needed money, I can't just give you money all of a sudden". He knew for DAYS, weeks even. And he makes $2,000 a month.

Mom is now "Oh, you can't do your appointment, I get out of my meeting at 3:00 and I just want to sit at home and drink and smoke".. School starts Thursday and I ahve orientation tomorrow. My hair is atrotious. wTF

They always do this. And I hate it. This plus all the emotional abuse make me wanna kill myself.

When you go to school, the first thing I would do is tell a counselor about the abuse and neglect. Ask him/her if they can stay with you while you contact the police and CPS (Child Protective Services). You may also want to bring a close friend with you to the counselor's office for support. There are bigger problems here than being unable to get a haircut in time for the new school year... so let's focus on those first, and the rest can fall into place afterward. =)
