I think that your mom might be a unstable. As for wanting to use her computer while your is booting up sounds impaient to me.
A nice to get your mom to take a shower would be to get her a nice soap or bath bubbles and when she doesn't smell nice, say something like "Mom, why not go and relax in the bath with some you time?" It is a good way to get her off your back.
What she does during the day might be a lot for her and it isn't her job to keep your rooms clean, but she doesn't need to nag. Try to meet her halfway and keep it clean. If you work a little to keep it clean everyday, it doesn't pile up and you have a huge mess.
