Just out of curiosity why haven't you just been given special calcium tablets if you have a problem like that?
But any ways, try an Alfredo sauce (butter, cream, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese), you can usually fiddle with that one a lot by adding chicken or veggies or pepper flakes etc.
Kale has a lot of calcium so you can try this smoothie: kale, pineapple, apple, avocado and spinach, its good, you can't even taste the vegetables in it.
Since tofu also has a lot of calcium you could make a stir fry with a bunch of vegetables like carrot, celery, onion, and broccoli and instead of using meat use the tofu, and you could use soy sauce or canned curry sauce depending on your preferences. But not everyone likes tofu so I guess that depends...

You can get a-lot of things with added calcium in them - cheese strings have lots of calcium, so do some yogurts petit filous have a high calcium content, you could also try having things like a glass of milk with your dinner or at breakfast time. It might be an idea to talk to a nutritionist and come up with a diet plan that is high in calcium that suits your diet needs ?
