Fruits for weight loss.. - October 23rd 2013, 12:53 PM

There is so many tips for weight loss and many diet plans as well..
I love to eat natural and fresh food and avoid from the medical diet so therefore I want to know what is best fruits for weight loss.. Apple, mango and lemon..?

Hey there,

Welcome Nan o'brien to TeenHelp

(I heard eating an apple 30 minutes before a meal helps you feel full, therefore you won't eat as much.)

Fruits help maintain healthy weight:
1) Avocado
2) Apple
3) Grapefruit
4) Berries (Blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
5) Plums

I know a few fruits that can help with antioxidants:
1) Pomegranates
2) Prunes
3) Kale (vegetable)
4) Plums

Are you just wanting to eat only fruits? Are you balancing your meals? Being able to balance how much you are eating can help with weight lose. Have vegetables, form of dairy, protein either meats or beans and grains.
