hey there,
By cookie dough I'm guessing you mean dough that you dont eat plain but rather make cookies with. So I used oats like those quaker oats, banana, almond milk and you can add like raisins, ground walnuts and/or seeds. So I know this technically has sugar in it but it is no added sugar-the sugar comes from the raisins and banana and you can probably find almond milk that has little to no sugar. I think it's called unsweetened. Hope this helps.

Cookie dough to bake into cookies or to eat by itself? FYI, the FDA has issued warnings about eating raw cookie dough even if it's eggless if it has flour in it, as it's been connected to a recent e coli outbreak. http://site.people.com/food/raw-cook...ream-safe-fda/

I found three recipes that can all be eaten raw because they do not contain flour or you can swap the flour for something else and one can be baked. In the end, cookie dough requires something to sweeten it whether it is honey, Stevia, a banana, etc.

Here's the first.

2 cans white beans or garbanzos (drained and rinsed well) (500g total, once drained)
1 cup quick oats
2 cups pitted dates
4 stevia packs
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2/3 cup milk of choice
3 tbsp oil (canola, veg, or coconut)
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips

Second.

1/2 cup coconut butter
1/2 cup cashews (soaked, rinsed)
1 banana
1/4 cup chocolate chips
3-4 tablespoons water (Or milk of choice)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder (or 2 tsp vanilla extract)

Third.

1 (6 oz) container Low fat Greek yogurt (0-2%)
2 tbs Peanut flour (or 1 tbs peanut/nut butter)
2-4 pkts Stevia or 1-2 tbs Honey or Sweetener of choice to taste
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Almond extract (optional)
1-2 tsp Chocolate chips (optional)

Hope at least one of those seem appetizing. Best of luck!
