I'm afraid there's no zero calorie food expect certain powders, water and Coke Zero. Calories are for energy, really and if your focusing on healthifully lowering your calorie intake try looking up a calorie counter for a healthy amount of calories (Taking your weight, age, and activity level into consideration. ) I really recommend following that. Veggies have low calories but never have none.

Like Doglover2 said, most foods have calories. I am concerned about why you want to make 0 calorie recipes though. I see you have another post in the eating disorder forum, which means that my concerns are fairly correct.

Look, you can't eat 0 calories and still get the energy and nutrients that your body needs to function. I am still recovering from having bulimia, so trust me, I know the headspace you are in. There are ways for you to eat food and still be healthy, and your brain is just telling you that this isn't possible, that you'll be fat if you eat, that you need to be skinnier etc. and you need to work on healing that relationship with mind, body, food, and fitness. **** actually totally just realized that this is another persons post that I referenced, by my concerns are the same ***

For a proper weight loss take enough time. Healthy way is calculating your daily calories/proteins/fats/carbs, creating a weekly menu and exercising (walking for starters).



Fats are essential for hormon system and brains, proteins not only support and build muscles, but also take part into tons of methabolic processes in out body, so are carbs which also give us energy fast.



Eating no food/calories at all will not make you skinny. It will make your body anxious to start a survival mode. Another day you take some real food it will store nutritions and will keep doing this for a long time.



0 calories food is technically water, edited. This was extreme fast and it only damaged my body and my mental health.
