Did you happen to mean ed, for eating disorder? Op means original poster.
Some great quick meals that you could reheat and that are vegetarian (I'm assuming thats what veggie means) are dishes such as rice and pasta. There are several different types to choose from. If it has to have vegetables in it, you could try a warm veggie scramble! I've had those before and they are delicious. I'm glad to hear your friend is recovering

To Nicole : I assumed they meant op as in operation
![]() To OP : Perhaps you could make some soup? It's pretty easy to re-heat and there's lots of different types. Potato and leek soup is my favourite so perhaps try to make that?

Soup is delicious! Creamy potato is my favorite meatless soup.
![]() You could also do baked macaroni and cheese? It's easy, stays warm for a long time, and is definitely delicious.

A pasta dish maybe? Easy to reheat, simple and nice. Macaroni and cheese like Emily said, or any other type of pasta.
Soup is always good. Carrot and corriander is really nice. Do you know what she likes eating? What's her favourite meal? |
