Staffordshire Oatcakes! -

So, I was watching the hairy bikers today and they made me want some staffordshire oatcakes annnd since I no longer live in staffordshire, I'm making my own. Has anyone else had these? What's your favourite filling? I'm probably gonna do mine with cheese and mustard but I love them with cheese, black pudding, bacon and egg - lush!

I've never tried them, but the sound pretty good

I have tried them! They are really yummy with bacon and cheese
