Lemon Cupcakes With Cream Cheese Frosting???? -

I'm trying to teach myself to bake. When I say bake I just want to blow people away with how good my food taste =)
Questions.... 1. Can I use cake mix for cupcakes? 2. Do I use a package of dry vanilla pudding mix or actually vanilla pudding? And can I use one that is vanilla flavored in a lemon cake or will It change the taste? 3. What is your favorite cream cheese or whipped frosting recipe? Geek? Nerd? More like intellectual badass. Well I can only answer a couple of your questions. Yes, you can use cake mix for cupcakes. And I think you just use the mix.

I'm glad I at least got that answered tonight lol. I don't think Vanilla mix would make lemon cupcakes taste funny or different. It might be like lemon creme?

Yeah, I think it will be okay, vanilla and lemon always taste really well together.
As for frosting recipes I would just google around and find one with good reviews.
