How often do you read?

I was just wondering as i NEVER read I am really not interested in books, I have never been able to comprehend things and the only books I like are kids ones. The only thing I ever read are magazines, I just like real life stories about crazy things that happen to people. I cant stand a romance novel or even biographies about people who lived 5000 years ago or whatever!
Anyway like alot of my friends LOVE to read, they read heaps! And I was just wondering how often you read?

I EAT books. Literally. I always have a book or two on the go and I literally get sort of hungry for a book if there's nothing to read. LOVE reading.

It depends on the day and the book.
If it is a good book then an over an hour a day. If I am busy or tired I won't read as much but I usually read a bit anyway.

I usually read before going to sleep, I will also take a book with me for free lessons in school.

The only time I don't read as much (for enjoyment) is around exam time because then I am studying too much and reading distracts me

My school has a terrible library but there is a public library across the road, I have been known to pick up a book on the way into school, read it, (usually over lunch hour) and take it back at the end of the day. The people who work there know me because I am there so much. They even keep books to one side if they think I will like them

I read less when school is going on just because all the reading for school bogs me down. xD

from other peoples perspective, i never put a book down. but i always have a book handy, just in case i get a chance to read. i also never go anywhere without paper and a pencil, in case of drawing, or writing. call me a freak if u want, i dont care. its my life, and i love it

i'm not gunna lie.. not that often, i'm afraid. idk.. i just lose interest really easily. i'll start a book and love it for the first few chapters then give up. i'm a very hyper sort of person and i can't sit still reading lol.

apart from if it's a book i have to read for school then i usually give up half way.

i wish i was one of those people who just love reading. i hardly ever read on my own and its very rare that i finish a book haha. but i usually love the novels i have to read for school, i guess i just have to kinda force myself to give certain books a try. but i love reading magazine and short articles. maybe i just get turned off by a book being so long or something lol

Books tend to bore me. The only books I can safely say I found interesting was the Harry Potter series. It took me 8 months overall to read The Goblet of Fire too.

Very rarely. Sometimes there will be time where I pick up a book and then I'll read it in a day or two, however that's not very often. I don't usually have the time [If I was reading, I'd rather be reading something for school] and I don't have much of an attention span. My concentration is terrible. xD

For example when Harry Potter 7 came out I stayed up really late so I could read it in less then 24 hours.

I love to read so damn much! Haha but when I am in school I sometimes don't have time too. Which really sucks. But, I try to read at the least a chapter a day.

I don't know what it is about reading but it just makes me feel so free and whole and it is so dang entertaining.

If it were not for all the books I have read in the past I don't think I would be alive. I know that sounds lame but whenever I was really down I was able to pick up a book (a lot of the time) and just escape into a new world for a while. I always felt so much better after reading.

I hope to be a writer one day too and I figure the best way to get really good at it is by practicing and reading reading reading.

Anyhooo. Yeah, I read. Vampire books, mainly. For example:
I'm usually on my computer. Yesterday, I was sitting on the floor of my living room, listening to Kerrang! on the TV and reading/writing.

I LOVE reading, but lately I've been feeling like I have nothing to read. I mean, I do not know which book to choose -I've tried some kinda boring ones, and they have taken me away from the libraries. So this Saturday I decided to start with something that I already know, something nice, something that I love -took HP1 and HP2 and read them I'll try to re-read the whole series before I start my classes again, then buy new stuff (though I'll have loads of college stuff to do, but it's okay anyway).
