Is anyone else here a fan of the author Chuck Palahniuk? If so, what are your favorites by him? Are there any novels that you didn't like?
I've started reading a few of his books and I really like his style of writing. My favorite is definitely Invisible Monsters, however I also really enjoyed reading Survivor. I'm going to be buying Choke soon, as i've heard good things about it. :] Don't just exist...LIVE. |

I have read Fight Club by him and found it to be a really interesting read. I have wanted to read more of his books but my library doesn't have a lot of his works so getting them is difficult.

I just ordered Diary and I'm really excited to read it.
"Once a little boy sent me a charming card with a little drawing on it. I loved it. I sent him a card and I drew a picture of a Wild Thing on it. I wrote, “Dear Jim: I loved your card.” Then I got a letter back from his mother and she said, “Jim loved your card so much he ate it.” That to me was one of the highest compliments I’ve ever received. He didn’t care that it was an original Maurice Sendak drawing or anything. He saw it, he loved it, he ate it." |
